What makes the difference between someone who's qualified and someone you'd trust to manage traffic when lives are on the line?

CTA trainer Paul has spent decades working on the road. Over the years, he's seen students walk into class unsure of themselves, then experience those "light bulb" moments where the theory finally makes sense because they've put it into practice. "The material can be like dried Weet-Bix. Industry examples and knowledge add the milk and sugar. That's what makes it easier to digest."
