Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Gold Coast + Online

Dear TMAA Members,

On behalf of Anthony Simmons, TMAA Secretary, I am writing to advise you of our upcoming Annual General Meeting that will be held on Friday 15 March 2024.

During this meeting, we will be calling for nominations for the Offices of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Organisation in accordance with TMAA rules.

The following business will be conducted at the AGM:

1. Welcome and introductions
2. Apologies
3. President's report
4. Treasurer's report and Organisation's financial statement and audit report
5. Acceptance of minutes of General Members Meeting and review of actions
6. General business
7. Election of the Officers of the Organisation
8. Presentation of elected President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary to take Office
